Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ckl44 platform and its users. The conditions set out in this document apply to all of ckl44's services, games, promotions, and digital content.

The key terms used in these conditions are defined below:

• "Platform" — ckl44's website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.

Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, contact details, and payment details — must be true and accurate. Registering with false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Full name must match the national identity card.
• The payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer) must be registered in the account holder's name.
• Any change in contact information must be reported to ckl44 immediately.

Account Verification

ckl44 reserves the right to verify identity as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner may result in suspended withdrawals or a restricted account.

Account Security

Maintaining the security of a ckl44 account is each member's own responsibility. The following rules must be strictly followed in this regard:

• Do not share login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Do not save login credentials on public or shared devices.
• If suspicious activity or unauthorised access to the account is suspected, notify the ckl44 support team immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

ckl44 currently supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Payment methods outside this list are not accepted.

Limits and Timelines

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Withdrawal time: Generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours

Withdrawal Terms

Before submitting a withdrawal request, the user must meet the following conditions:

• Account identity verification must be complete.
• Applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
• The withdrawal payment method must be registered in the account holder's own name.

Refund Policy

Funds once wagered in a game are non-refundable. Deposited funds are intended for active gaming use only. If a user wishes to close their account, any remaining real money balance may be withdrawn — subject to verification conditions.

Welcome Bonus

ckl44's welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The applicable terms and conditions are detailed below:

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total ৳3,000; or ৳16,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total ৳31,000.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (wagering requirement).
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Policy

• A bonus offer may be applied to one account only once.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be directly converted to cash.
• ckl44 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, though this will not apply to bonuses already active.
• If promotional conditions are breached, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be cancelled.

Gaming Rules

All games on ckl44 are operated on fair and transparent technology. Each game's own rules are displayed on the game screen and must be followed by the user.

Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault, disconnection, or system failure, ckl44 will follow the server's records to determine the outcome of that game. If not properly recorded, ckl44 may choose to refund the bet for that round.

Finality of Game Results

The result displayed by the game server is considered final. If there is a discrepancy between the result shown on the display or client software and the server data, the server data will take precedence.

Maximum Win Limits

ckl44 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings from a single session or single bet in certain circumstances. This limit will be communicated in advance in all cases.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the ckl44 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or use unauthorised software on the gaming system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Bonus arbitrage or coordinated betting activities that cause harm to ckl44.
• Placing another player in an advantageous position through collusion.
• Providing false information or committing identity fraud.
• Harassing or intimidating ckl44 staff.

Account Suspension and Closure

In any of the following circumstances, ckl44 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• Breach of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• To comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

Account Closure by the User

Any member may request to close their own account if they wish. In this case:

• A withdrawal request may be made for the remaining real money balance.
• Any active bonus funds will be cancelled.
• The final withdrawal may remain pending until identity verification is complete.
